My house was a stick house and falling at the same time. My wife and i are too old to get sticks from the bush and couldn't afford to pay someone to help.

I have been planning to renovate my house long time ago. But due to the lack of finance I have not been able. But now that I have started receiving money from GiveDirectly, I am going to renovate my house. So I am very excited because I know my life have changed for good as the transfer continues to come.
Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
I was in bed one soon morning when I heard people shouting that they have received money from GiveDirectly. I too decided to carried my phone to my son to checked my message because I am not educated to checking message and reading it. When he checked, it was confirmd that I have received 35,625LD from GiveDirectly INC on my mobile money account. I was so happy and started dancing. What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
Due to my age, I'm usually getting sick and not very strong to make my own farm any longer which cause my spouse and I serious challenge in getting food to eat and money to sustain the family.

Considering my age, I'm usually getting sick and not very strong to make my own farm any longer which cause my spouse and I serious challenge in getting food to eat and money to sustain the family.
One of the happiest moment over the last six month was when my oldest son in Monrovia sent me a little amount to hire workers to harvest my crops from the farm.
What does receiving this money mean to you?
Because of my wife I age, we are unable to make our own farm which is the reason while my spouse and I are finding it difficult to get money for the family upkeep.
When I get the transfer, I will use the money and pay workers to clear my farm land and plant my cocoa and rice.
